Republic National Distributing Company
Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC) is one of the nation’s leading wholesale beverage alcohol distributors, specializing in wine and spirits. RNDC serves as a brand-building and product expert liaison between suppliers and those who sell or serve alcoholic beverages. Customer service, product expertise, and executional excellence are the hallmarks of their enduring success.
As a graphic designer at RNDC, I was responsible for creating a variety of social media posts, designing logos and artwork for internal organizations and projects, and making brochures, flyers, infographics, and more. I also reported to the creative services manager and work with the communications department.
CSR Report
The 2023 Corporate Social Responsibility Report is focused on sustainability and how we grew our impact in the area of social responsibility.
I had designed this report in collaboration with the Corporate Creative Services Manager as well as the Corporate Communications team.
Logos
I updated logos for Associate Resource Groups (ARGs), internal programs, and our intranet, ensuring they aligned with the company's evolving brand identity while maintaining a cohesive and modern design.
Associate Digital Branding
I developed cohesive digital branding for corporate devices and social media, ensuring consistent designs across platforms. Associates could choose from approved options, fostering personalization while maintaining a unified brand identity.
Diversity & Inclusion
Providing an inclusive workplace that fosters a sense of belonging is a vital piece of our company’s purpose. I work closely with the Corporate Social Responsibility and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team to create impactful and fun graphics for each month.
CHEERS! Podcast
I edited and recorded episodes of the Cheers! with RNDC podcast, featuring industry leaders and company guests. I also designed the podcast's graphics, ensuring a consistent and engaging visual identity for topics like DEI, supplier partnerships, and seasonal trends.
